1. “I just had a discovery call with a potential client who wants something different from my signature services. Can you help me create and price a custom package?”

This is a great example of real-time support. My client sent this in Voxer right after hopping off a discovery call with a client who needed something different than what she currently offers. Right away, we talked through how to create a proposal for a custom project that honours her time, compensates her well, and gives her client the desired end result. She sent off the proposal and the client booked almost immediately!

2. “Can you review and audit my content outline for my new group program?”

This is a great example of hands-on support. My private clients get to send me Google Docs of outlines, content drafts, and written copy and I jump in and offer ways to strengthen them.

3. “Can you walk me through a launch timeline for my new course?”

This is a great example of personalized support. No two businesses or courses are the same, so applying a one-size-fits-all launch strategy isn’t always effective. Inside Voxer, my client and I talked through a personalized launch plan that makes sense for her specific program structure and goals.

4. “I’m in a bit of a rut this week. Can we talk through it?”

This is a great example of energetic support. My private clients understand that strategy is only one piece of the puzzle. A significant part of business expansion (especially in the creative solopreneur world) is rooted in energy and mindset. When my clients are working through a limiting belief or having a bad day, they drop into Voxer and receive the care, support, and shifts they need.
